This Sunday is the 1st Sunday in September.
The first Sunday of every month the Session offers Open Communion to all who would call upon the name of Jesus for salvation.
Our Sunday morning schedule is as follows:
9:00am - Intergenerational Sunday School in the Parlor
9:00am - Coffee hour and socializing in the Fellowship Hall
10:00am - Worship Service in the Sanctuary or via Zoom
During this Sunday’s sermon time we continue on our annual preaching theme, “one big beautiful story about God”. This week we’ll be looking at the story of Ruth. There is much we can learn from the story of Ruth about loyalty, faith and obedience; especially in light of where we left off with the book of Judges. The book of Ruth serves as a transition from faithlessness to faithfulness as work our way towards King David. I hope that we’ll all learn something new and that you can join us!
